ELISA assay procedure

1.Follow the  following flow chart to run the assay. Mix all reagents in microplate wells.

Std or Blank or Liquid Sample  50ul (or 10ul sample + 50ul diluent buffer)

HRP Conjugate 100ul

               ↓  Incubated at 37°C (oven) for 1 h

2.Wash each well 5 times with 1x washing buffer and pat dry.

3.Add 50 ul of chromogen A and 50 ul of chromogen B, respectively to each well.

               ↓  Incubated at 37°C (oven) for 15 min

4.Add 50 ul of stop solution to each well.

5.Read OD450 within 15 min
